Some of the options you may consider and wish to discuss with our staff include:

  • Wills
  • Enduring Powers of Attorney
  • Advanced Health Directives
  • Family, Discretionary or Testamentary Trusts

We can provide you with the right advice for your individual situation ensuring that your affairs will be managed in accordance with your wishes.

Estate Administration

The staff at O’Reilly Stevens Bovey have the understanding to assist in the administration of deceased estates. We can assist in:

  • Collating the assets and funds of the deceased
  • Obtaining a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration, as applicable
  • Distribution of estate assets in accordance with the deceased’s will or the rules of intestacy
  • Finalising the affairs of the deceased (closure of bank accounts, final tax returns, etc)

We endeavour to make this often daunting task as easy as possible during your difficult time.
